Admission

The Application Form and Prospectus can be had from the Office on payment of Rs.100/- for classes from LKG TO X and Rs.200 for XI and XII standards.

Submission of application form together with registration fee does not quarantee seat.. The registration fee is not refundable irrespective of the fact whether the child secures a seat or not.

Application in the prescribed form attached will normally be received from 15th March to 30th April each year for admission to the ensuing June session.

Admission will be made on the basis of the performance of the child at the entrance test.

Birth Certificate, Community Certificate and Transfer Certificate(countersigned if it is from other Boards like C.B.S.E / I.C.S.E etc) should be submitted at the time of admission.

Fees :

Fees can be paid for the whole year in one installment(Both Hostel and School) or in quarterly installments.

Fees(school) paid in installments shall be paid before the 10th of every moth without fine. and a Fine of Rs.10/- will be levied till the last date of the month if not paid within the month due, the students will be be admitted to the class and His / Her name will be removed from the Roll. School fees is payable for All the 12 Months.

The School Fees and Hostel Fees once paid will be refunded on any account if any student discontinues or is dismissed, the caution deposit will not be refundable.

Bills and Payments :

Bills and statement of accounts for day scholars will be sent to the parents in the first week of every month and for boarders at the end of every term. All payments are to be made by Demand Draft or by cash. Payments include Bank commissions. Out station cheques are not accepted. Demand Draft may be taken in any one of the following Banks :

WITHDRAWALS

Withdrawals are not permitted normally during the academic year. If however a student is to be withdrawn duringhte academic year notice of three months or an additional installment of fees in lieu of notice should be given in the case of boarders and notice of three months or less for three months in lieu should be given in the case of day scholars.

Notice of withdrawal must be given before 20th April failing which caution deposit will be forfeited Transfer Certificates will not be issued unless all out standing dues are paid to School.

The School reserves the right to ask a parent to withdraw a child for poor academic progress. A Pupil may be expelled from thr School for misconduct and on other grounds of indiscipline. Caution Deposit will also be forfeited.
